Morning! Hope everyone is having a great day..I know I am! Today was the first day of my switching to first am workouts. I got up no problem, which is most likely because I really didn’t sleep much. Either way, it was a good start. Ate my breakfast…killed it in the gym for a back/abs circuit. Didn’t have to yell all morning to hurry, hurry, hurry! I think this is going to work out well

M1- Before I worked out I ate Overnight Blueberry Oatmeal that my 3 year old son prepped for me (and the whole family) last night. I forgot to take a pic of it…Then I intended on having my normal egg whites with fresh salsa but after exercising and having my PWO shake I was way too stuffed. PWO shake was almond milk, water, vanilla whey, 1/2 banana, chia and flax.
M2- 2 Fruity protein bars that I posted on my blog the other day (Jamie Eason’s recipe with a few tweaks), 3 hard boiled eggs and some Fage Greek Yogurt with cinnamon and Truvia. (sorry for the awful pic, I’m trying to work on my photo skills, but this one was a rush at work).
M3- Turkey Chili with quinoa. This is my recipe, not Jamie Eason’s that I was talking about previously. I’m going to try and post this today. My husband made a batch last night for himself so I stole some! And some kale chips to snack on…
M4- (not pictured) Ground turkey from my stuffed peppers recipe (under Good Eats tab) with 1/2 cup brown rice. With some zucchini, carrots and hummus to snack on.
M5- Not pictured since I didn’t bring it to work with me, but I’m just planning on having a large salad with 1/2 avocado and 3-4 oz. tuna.
M6- Most likely just 1/2 cup of nonfat cottage cheese. I’ve dropped my Casein and PB2 pudding for the time being. I’m not a fan of the casein flavor I have at home right now so B is going to use it all up! I haven’t bought anymore b/c I can’t find any without the artificial sweeteners and the whey protein I currently have contains some as well, so I’ve decided that’s enough for now.
p.s. I may or may not have packed 2 of these clean oatmeal raisin cookies as well! Don’t tell….

The quinoa chili and kale chips look delicious!
Well thank you!!
