Could I be anymore excited about the July WIAW theme? Ummm, nope. I can’t wait to read some of these!
Here’s what I had today….
M1 – Blueberry & Coconut Overnight Oatmeal and 3 egg whites with a sprinkle of 50% less fat shredded cheddar cheese (love that stuff)!
M2 – Homemade iced latte (not pictured) and 2 blueberry coconut protein bars.
M3 – Stuffed Pepper with quinoa.
M4 – Jamie Eason’s Monster Meatloaf, I’m definitely making this again, and some more quinoa.
M5 – Little B’s salsa chicken over mixed greens with 1/2 an avocado. (and my PWO shake, not pictured)
M6 – 1/2 cup of cottage cheese.
As for my fitness this week, I’ve already posted these workouts this past week and also put them up on the Workouts page, it’s a little redundant, but this is what I’ve been doing and probably will for 2-3 more weeks, so I figured I’d repost them.
