Yep, that’s a pretty big pic, I know, just wanted to make sure you all get the full effect of the awesomeness that is these pancakes! Plus, I have two different options to make the topping…I kind of cheated because I made them on a whim and was out of my greek yogurt, so I stole the kids’!! Nice mom, huh?
Ingredients
6 tbsp of oat flour (or grind your own from old fashioned oats)
3 egg whites
1/3 c. unsweetened almond milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/2 scoop vanilla whey
dash of cinnamon (because I can’t seem to make anything without it)
1 packet True Orange
Directions
Blend all ingredients together and cook like normal pancakes
Topping A
Chobani Champions Orange Vanilla (I used 1/2 the container, higher in sugar)
1/2 packet of True Orange
Mix together well
Sprinkle some extra unsweetened coconut on top
Topping B
1/3c Chobani plain nonfat greek yogurt
1 packet of True Orange
Stevia to taste
2 drops of vanilla extract
Mix together well
Sprinkle some extra unsweetened coconut on top

Yes! I love adding it to other dishes, shakes are great, but they get old after a while!
